Fat Tuesday - Mardi Gras

Enjoy Fat Tuesday with us and the remarkable Sound Stylings of Colleen Wild.  


Appetizers:

Alligator-Shrimp Cakes: gator tail meat, shrimp, garlic, scallions, dry mustard, Worcestershire, pan fried with spicy aioli.

Fried Oysters: fresh shucked oysters dredged in seasoned creole flour and fried crisp served on Cajun cream.

Gumbo Poutine: French fries, fresh mozzarella, bacon, scallions, and our famous New Orleans gumbo.

Entrees:

Shrimp Etouffee: Sautéed shrimp simmered with rich sauce made from garlic, onion, celery, roux, and Cajun seasonings served over rice.

Blackened Red Fish: gulf coast fresh red fish highly seasoned and pan fried topped with a creole style mustard sauce.

Bourbon Street NY strip: marinated with Buffalo Trace and topped with a bourbon glaze.
